Pigs were kissed, chest hair was waxed and songs were sung as local figures took to the stage to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

The annual “How much would you pay to see me…?” fundraiser took to Front Street at Harbour Nights last night.

Tinée Furbert, Progressive Labour Party MP, kissed a pig straight from Wadson’s Farm, while J.J. Soares lost several patches of chest hair in a public waxing.

Meanwhile, Carlita Lodge tested her skills as a majorette and Lindsay Simmons, less than a week after receiving a Queen’s Certificate and Badge of Honour, serenaded the crowd.

Charles Joynes, principal of Northlands Primary School, tested his boxing skills — against the Belco Bird.
